CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the angle from 0° to 90° for a fan comprises a body(100), a fixed shaft(103), a rotating gear(104), and an auxiliary rotor(108). The body is fixed, and moved left and right. And the angle of the body is controlled by supplying flowing water. The fixed shaft is controlled by a rod.
