PURPOSE: An incision instrument and an inhalation instrument for AST(aprocrine scrape technique) are provided to easily perform an operation of a corium layer and an upper fat layer by forming a path where a sucking device is inserted in the fat layer. CONSTITUTION: An incision member(304) is comprised of a body(310) connected to a knob(302) and a cutter. The cutter cuts a fibrous tissue remaining after cutting a stomach. A cut is bent from the body by a specific angle. The width of the cut is formed to be thinner than that of the body. Since end of the cut has a curve shape, a wound on a skin is prevented in an incision operation.
