PURPOSE: A poly having the double helical tooth form which the manufacturing method of the double helical pulley is unified by uniting each helical tooth form with shrink-on after cutting and spreading lock to the gear machine in the combining surface of right and left helical pulley can be manufactured. CONSTITUTION: A double helical pulley has the tooth form in which the axial direction each other slopes to the opposite direction. It is formed in the center of the shaft having the first helical tooth form(3) is hollow. The second helical tooth form(4) is to the respective gear machine machining. After spreading lock in one side circumference of the shaft(2), it heats and the first and the second helical tooth form unite with shrink-on. In one side of the second helical tooth form of the ring type, projection is formed.
