PURPOSE: A clamping device of a spindle motor is provided to make the center of a disc correspond to the center of a rotary shaft by preventing the interference of elastics force of a claw supporting a disc. CONSTITUTION: A case(210) is rotated with a rotary shaft. The inner circumference of a disc is inserted the case. A plurality of claws(220) are formed on the one side of the case. The center of disc is aligned to the center of the rotary shaft. A plurality of arm(230) is installed on the side of the case and supports the disc elastically. The elastic member(240) is installed inside the case. An arm is elastically to the side outside of the case.
