PURPOSE: An apparatus for an assisting birth is provided to allow a mother to birth smoothly by applying an electrical impact to a floor muscle of a pelvis. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(110) measures uterus internal pressure of the mother. An electrode unit(120) is inserted into an anus of the mother. The electronic stimulus is added to the pelvic floor muscle of the mother at birth at a delivery time. A controller(130) decides a signal from a sensor and controls the electrode unit.
