<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film for super straight type solar cells comprising a transparent conductive film formed by a wet coating method and a conductive reflection film without reducing a back reflectance, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the composite film for super straight type solar cells. <P>SOLUTION: In the composite film, on a photoelectric conversion layer 13, the transparent conductive film 14 is formed of: a first layer 14a including a binder component ; and a second layer 14b where a binder component in which 1-30% of the volume of the first layer 14a is exposed from the first layer 14a is not included, and the conductive reflection film 15 having a thickness of 0.05-2.0μm is formed by applying a composition for conductive reflection films including metal nano particles onto the transparent conductive film 14 by the wet coating method for baking. In this case, an average diameter of a pore, which appears on a contact surface on the side of the photoelectric conversion layer 13 of the conductive reflection film 15, is not more than 100 nm, an average depth where the pore is positioned, is not more than 100 nm, and the number density of the pore is not more than 30/μm<SP>2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
