CONGESTION CONDITION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a congestion condition management system for confirming a congestion condition by using a relatively small number of sensors.

SOLUTION: The system outputs a variation amount of infrared radiation detected by an infrared radiation sensor as presence or absence of variation, and calculates a variation rate according to a temporal rate to the entire variation amount if there is the variation in fixed times. Further, the system obtains a congestion degree by referring to a congestion determination table at a variation rate to display the degree onto a display unit.
