<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the waterproofness, moistureproofness and impact resistance of a flexible radiation detector and thereby to enhance the reliability of a radiation detecting device. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation detecting device 18 includes a grid 38 which removes scattered radiation of radiation 12 caused by a subject 14, a sensor board 40 which constitutes the radiation detector 30 detecting the radiation 12 transmitted through the subject 14, a lead sheet 42 which absorbs back scattered radiation of the radiation 12, and a sealing protective film 44 which is formed at a heating temperature of 150°C or below so that it covers the grid 38, the sensor board 40 and the lead sheet 42, and consists of a material transmitting the radiation 12. The device has flexibility as a whole. At least the surface base material of the sealing protective film 44 is colored with black and the film has a light shielding property. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
