<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately paste an adhesive tape onto the reverse side of a ring frame in a non-peeling state, the ring frame making up a mount frame. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive tape is supplied to the reverse side of a ring frame and pasted by a pasting roller, and a cutter's blade is swiveled along the ring frame, thus cutting out the adhesive tape. After that, an inspection ring of an inspection mechanism is brought into contact with the adhesive tape located close to the inner circumference of the ring frame so as to attract it. Based on variation in attraction pressure at this time, the presence of the adhesive tape's peeling is determined.
