PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid for an underground structure capable of preventing an electromagnetic wave for communicating with an information storage medium from being disturbed for stable communication when the information storage medium into which position information and maintenance information can be read and written by radio is installed on the cover body. SOLUTION: In this lid for an underground structure having the lid body 200 and a support frame for openably supporting the lid body 200, the lid body 200 is formed of a resin, the information storage medium 240 capable of reading and writing the information such as position information and maintenance information by radio is disposed in the recess formed in the rear surface of the lid body 200, and a fixing member 250 is suitable for the bottom surface side of the recess.
