PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stabilization of underfloor storage condition of a loading platform and smooth drawing out. SOLUTION: A storage-condition detecting sensor detects that the loading platform has been drawn in at a draw-in level to a storage position under the floor. Thereafter, a lift cylinder 27 operates extension. When the oil pressure of the lift cylinder 27, while the loading platform is pushed against a slide rail (pad), becomes a prescribed oil pressure less than a maximum oil pressure, while the loading platform is elevated or lowered, a pressure switch 95 outputs a close signal to a solenoid valve (first solenoid valve 79A) for extending the lift cylinder and the extension operation of the lift cylinder 27 is stopped.
