PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing device to improve muddy water resistance characteristics with a structure which prevents muddy water, etc., from entering by an inner peripheral surface of a clutch release bearing and a part of a cover member. SOLUTION: The clutch release bearing device includes a clutch release bearing 30, and the cover member 50 for covering and holding the periphery of the outer ring 31. The cover member 50 includes an outer diameter side flange 61, a middle cylinder 63, a bent part 64, and an inner diameter side flange 65. An extending cylinder 36 is formed in the other end edge of an inner ring 35. A flange 37 for pressing a diaphragm spring 40 to an extending end of the extending cylinder 36 is projected radially outward. A cylindrical peripheral wall surface 90 and a guide surface 91 gradually expanding in diameter from the edge of the cylindrical peripheral wall surface 90 to an extending cylinder 36 are formed in the inner peripheral surface of the inner ring 35 continuously, so as to guide the muddy water, etc., flowing along a bent part 64 from the inner diameter side flange 65 side to the extending cylinder 36 chip side by the guide surface 91.
