PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape or sheet which has fixing performance of adhering firmly to the skin and avoiding loosening during use and flexibility of following the movement of the skin surface and minimizes stimulation to the skin in the adhesive tape or sheet for application to skin, which is used in the fields of medicine, sports, or the like, and a method for producing the tape or sheet. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape or sheet contains: an adhesive layer provided on one surface of the stretch fabric. The adhesive layer contains: an acrylic copolymer of 100 wt.% including an alkyl (meth)acrylate of 40-80 wt.%, an alkoxy (meth)acrylate of from 10 to 50 wt.% and a (meth)acrylic acid of 1-10 wt.%; and a long-chain fatty acid glycerin ester of 20-100 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. of the acrylic copolymer. The adhesive layer is crosslinked with a crosslinking agent. The stretch fabric is preferably subjected to a water repellent process by a water repellent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
