<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm that the setting of operation conditions has been completed in all hardware modules in a short time, in a hardware module control system for transmitting/receiving setting data for setting the operation conditions of a plurality of hardware modules. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with: a controller 11 for transmitting setting data; and interface parts IF1 to IFn for receiving the setting data, and for setting the operation conditions of each of hardware modules HM1 to HMn. The controller 11 is provided with a comparison decision part 21 which compares the number of the setting data received by each of the interface parts IF1 to IFn with the number of the setting data transmitted by the controller 11 for each interface part IF1 to IFn, and when the received number of setting data matches the number of setting data for all the interface parts IF1 to IFn, decides that the setting of the operation conditions of all the hardware modules HM1 to HMn has been completed.
