<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal pot-cleaning device which can control the corrosion of the seal pot-cleaning device of a coke dry quenching apparatus and can prevent that dropped coke enters the seal pot-cleaning device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: There is provided the seal pot-cleaning device characterized by disposing a portal scraper support device 8 comprising the first side plate immersed in seal water 4 in the seal pot 3 of the coke dry quenching apparatus, the second side plate on the outside of the seal pot 3, and a top plate for connecting both the side plates in a state capable of being moved along the seal pot 3 over the side plate of the seal pot 3, fixing a scraper 7 to the lower portion of the first side plate, disposing support rollers to the inside of the second side plate, disposing support roller-traveling rails on the outer periphery of the side plate of the seal pot, and disposing a revolution wheel 9 for revolving the scraper support device 8 and a revolution wheel-driving device 10 for revolving the revolution wheel 9 on the second side plate of the scraper support device 8.
