<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a water-jacket die which is able to have a long service life. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The structure of a water-jacket die is used for casting a cylinder block by using a water-jacket die 10 having a water jacket, and a bore pin 12 which forms a bore. The water-jacket die 10 includes a cylindrical section 11 which forms a water channel on the outside of a cylinder, and a base 13 in which the cylindrical section 11 is fixed. A protrusion 11c is formed on the lower outside circumference of the cylindrical section 11, and a retained portion 11d which is a lower part of the cylindrical section 11 is held by the base 13 and bore pin 12 by pinching so that the cylindrical section 11, bore pin 12 and base 13 are integrated into one piece.
