PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal unit which prevents that a part which covers a speaker of a panel is depressed to break a speaker. SOLUTION: This portable information terminal includes the panel 8 covering an image display part 10 and the speaker 11 provided inside an upper case 2, wherein the panel 8 consists of: a transparent panel 6 in which a part covering the image display part 10 is transparent; and an opaque panel 7 in which a part covering the speaker 11 is opaque, and a sealed space 13 between the image display part 10 and the panel 8 is formed, and the panel 8 is constituted so as to be vibrated by sound transmitted from the speaker 11 to the sealed space 13.
