PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely transmit information by adjusting a sound to which watermark information is overlapped in accordance with a situation. SOLUTION: A reproduction apparatus 400 allows speakers 501, 502 to discharge adjustment sounds and calculates an adjustment value for adjusting sound information expressing a sound to which watermark information is overlapped on the basis of a sound collection result of a microphone 600 collecting the discharged sounds. An analysis part 430 calculates the adjustment value and an adjustment part 440 adjusts sound information by using the calculated adjustment value. The adjustment part 440 adjusts the sound information of each output channel so that the sound may be effectively collected on a sound collecting position.
