The bolt connection has closing elements (5) in a bearing surface (4) of screw or screw nut. A circulating barrier (7) is provided at a partial area of the section of the bearing surface, which forms the closing elements. The circulating barrier is formed by a sealant (8). An independent claim is included for a connecting element with a bearing surface.
