The hinge (1) has a door console (3) attached to a rear door and connected flexibly with a column console (2) for adjustment of the rear door between an opening end position and a closing position, where the column console is arranged at a motor vehicle i.e. delivery van, body. The door console is tiltable around a hinge axis (5) extending through the door console and another hinge axis (6) extending through the column console. The door console is coupled with a locking unit (9) such that pivoting movement of the door console causes an adjustment of the locking unit.
