PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet for storing an electrical component in which component installation and wiring work can be performed from a back surface even in the cabinet of a monocoque structure. SOLUTION: In the cabinet for electrical and electronic components of a monocoque structure, a back surface plate 4 covering the back surface opening 40 of the cabinet is covered using a main back surface plate part 41 for connecting and uniting right and left side face plates 2 and 3 and a plurality of sub back surface plate parts 42 for covering a back surface opening part not covered by the main back surface plate part 41.
