DUAL CELLULAR MODEL OF CANCER

Cell lines PC-3/S-luc and PC-3/M-luc, derived from the PC-3 prostate cancer line, modified such as to express the luciferase (luc) gene for the development of a cancer model useful for cancer diagnosis and/or prognosis, particularly of the prostate, determining the different genetic expression of the biological markers of invasiveness and metastasis. Furthermore an in vitro method of searching for agents for cancer treatment or prevention.
