PURPOSE: A determination method of calculating a deficiency index of an organ through a pulse diagnosis is provided to improve the accuracy of determination of the deficiency index of an organ by using a deficiency degree and pulse degree. CONSTITUTION: A correction table is generated(S110). The basic data of the patient is inputted(S120). A pulse parameter of the patient is inputted(S130). An extended parameter is generated through the pulse parameter(S140). A calibration parameter is obtained by using the calibration table(S150). A weak index of organ is calculated through matrix of the calibration parameter and a weighting factor matrix(S160).
