The chair has a seat (9) including a seat part (10) and a backrest (11). The seat part has a rear edge assigned to the backrest, and a front edge (13) lying opposite to the rear edge. A safety bar is provided with a securing part (17) e.g. protective panel or a cam, which is arranged at the safety bar. The bar is pivotable from an open position into a closed position. The seat part has a central region (18) in an area of the front edge, where the central region is differed concerning its graphical design from regions that are laterally arranged adjacent to the central region. An independent claim is also included for a chair lift including a valley station. |
