<p>The method involves flattening end zones (8, 9) of an electric wire (3) by crushing for assembling an antenna (2) with an electronic circuit (10) i.e. integrated circuit. The assembly of the antenna is performed by positioning contact pads or connection pads in respective surface of the flatten end zones of the electric wire. A cutting tool is applied on the flattened end zones for partially defining a section of the end zones, after crushing the end zones. The assembly between the antenna and the electronic circuit is performed by thermocompression.</p> |
