<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device of a lamp type is provided to increase an orientation angle by forming an opening with a funnel shape in a housing. CONSTITUTION: A housing(300) surrounds and fixes a lead frame. The housing has an opening(310) which exposes a part of the lead frame. A light emitting chip(400) is mounted on the lead frame and emits light. The lead frame includes a first lead terminal and a second lead terminal. The first lead terminal includes a chip mounting unit(212) and a first terminal unit(214). A chip mounting unit is formed inside the housing and mounts a light emitting chip on the upper side. The first terminal unit is extended from the lower side of the chip mounting unit to the lower direction and is drawn to the lower side of the housing. The second lead terminal includes a wire bonding unit(222) and a second terminal unit(224). A wire bonding unit is separated from the chip mounting unit inside the housing. The second terminal unit is extended from the lower side of the wire bonding unit to the lower direction and is drawn to the lower side of the housing.</p>
