<p>A light emitting device includes: a first substrate with an end surface formed by separation on its outer edge; a second substrate including on its upper surface a first electrode and a second electrode, and at its side corner a first extraction electrode connected to the first electrode and a second extraction electrode connected to the second electrode, one end portion of the second electrode being opposed to one end portion of the first electrode, the second substrate being laminated on the first substrate so that an outer edge of the second substrate is located inside the outer edge of the first substrate; a light emitting element bonded to the first electrode; and a third substrate including a first through hole which allows emission of emitted light from the light emitting element, the third substrate being laminated on the second substrate so that an outer edge of the third substrate is located inside the outer edge of the first substrate.</p> |
