<p>The invention relates to a touch panel, an electro optical device and an electronic device. Through reducing essential transmissivity of a transparent electrode film, the transmissivity of the touch panel is increased. According to the inventive touch panel, a pair of light transmitting electrode films (14, 15) is arranged on internal side of the pair of transparent substrates arranged spacially, contact position can be detected when the light transmitting electrode films bend to contact each other due to external pressure, characterized in that, a plurality of opens (14p, 15p) are formed dispersely on at least one of the light transmitting electrode films.</p> |
