<p>An engine-driven heat pump having compressors, in which locking detection means can reliably detect locking of a single compressor in the start-up of air conditioning operation. The engine-driven heat pump (1) has the compressors (10) connected via electromagnetic clutches (20). Slip torque of the electromagnetic clutches (20) is set to be greater than start-up torque of an engine (2), and in the start-up of the heat pump (1), all the electromagnetic clutches (20) are engaged.</p> |
