The rack i.e. heavy duty rack (10), has drawers (14) e.g. push trays, and a drawer lock (30) for blocking the drawers during pulling of one drawer. Lock stoppers are connected with one another through a rotatably supported U-section (32) and attached to the drawers, which are attached to an adjusting unit. The adjusting unit works together with the U-section during pulling of the drawer from the rack, such that the stoppers are transferred from a releasing position to a position blocking the drawers through rotation of the U-section.
