<p>The frame (10) has a vertical core (11) and horizontal upper and lower tie pads (12, 13) assembled by welding, where the core and the tie pads are in parallelepiped shape. A reinforcement unit displaces a maximum constraint zone from a welding zone between the core and the lower tie pad, to a solid metal zone. The lower tie pad includes a recess (16) formed along a longitudinal edge of the lower tie pad and on both sides of the core. A slot (14) is formed at the proximity of a center part of the core to accommodate a pivot crossbar permitting connection of a bogie with a goods transport wagon.</p> |
