<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the operation rate of a device by avoiding emergency stop due to continuous suction fault of continuing empty housing parts at joint or in joint zone. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 110 judges whether or not there is an electronic component in a housing part Cc according to the recognition processing result of images picked up by a substrate recognition camera 17.
