The protractor has hand wheel mechanisms (16, 17) finely adjusted in a respective measuring arm with a desired angle rate of hand. A processor processes a determined measuring value and is forward to a display (38) that displays a determined angle values, and a battery compartment accommodates a power source. A set of stand aids (9) and tappet points are arranged at a front strip of tooth ring fragments (4, 5) that engage the stand aid when the tappet point is achieved and unlatched on a major ankle. A cylinder is wound at the measuring arm by a contact surface.
