PURPOSE: A lighting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily get a lighting device with a desired length by cutting a cover and covering a cap. CONSTITUTION: A lighting case(110) comprises an LED attachment board and a screw fastener groove(112) and has extruded structure to the longitudinal direction. An exposure electrode is formed between unit LED circuits. An LED substrate(120) which has a same length as the lighting case is attached to the LED attachment board of the lighting case. The exposure electrode of the LED substrate is formed in both side end parts of the lighting case. A cap(140) forms a terminal(141) coping with the exposure electrode of the LED substrate. A cover(130) protects the LED substrate.
