PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recovering optical fiber core wire waste capable of surely recovering the optical fiber core wire waste with a very simple mechanism, and also, capable of easily executing the recovery work. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a frame body 10 connected to a cutting machine Q, a clamping roller 20, which is composed of an upper roller 21 and a lower roller 22 for clamping core wire waste P1 of an optical fiber P protruding from the cutting machine Q, and a moving roller 30, which is provided to the lower end part of the frame body 10, rotated by the movement of the frame body 10, and interlocked with the clamping roller 20. The device is composed such that the core wire waste P1 clamped with the clamping roller 20 is fed into the frame body 10 along with the movement of the moving roller 30.
