PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a thermal storage operation having excellent energy-saving and comfortableness by controlling a flowing time and a temperature of a heating medium flowing to a thermal storage unit. SOLUTION: The thermal storage air conditioning system comprises a first temperature sensor 5 for sensing a temperature of a concrete 105, a second temperature sensor 6 for measuring an atmospheric temperature, and a first microcomputer 7 for deciding operating conditions having excellent economy and comfortableness to thermally store a target thermal storage amount within a predetermined time under the conditions of the detected concrete temperature and the atmospheric temperature. In this case, a heat pomp chiller 3 is operated according to the operating conditions decided by the microcomputer 7 to thermally store with the excellent energy-saving and comfortableness. |
