PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof woven fabric which has excellent durable antistatic, water-repelling and waterproof properties. SOLUTION: This waterproof woven fabric which has the antistatic property and the water-repelling property and in which composite yarns comprising hygroscopic multifilament yarns and synthetic multifilament yarns are blended with warps and/or wefts, is characterized in that the woven fabric has a cover factor (CF) of 1,400 to 5,200 and the surface of the woven fabric is treated with a processing agent containing a water-repelling agent.
