A medico-technical flexible polymer tube is made of a thermoplastic or thermoplastics, where the polymer tube includes two layers having a different Shore hardness. The polymer tube includes one or multiple layers having different thickness and a functionalized surface. A lubricant is compounded into the thermoplastic material or provided on the tube surface. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing medico-technical flexible polymer tube, which involves applying lubricant on tube surface.
