摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance plant efficiency by keeping a fuel cell(FC) at a desirable high-temperature to attain high generation efficiency, and efficiently recovering and utilizing generated heat in the FC. SOLUTION: A combined power plant 10 is provided with an air heat exchanging part 24b for utilizing the generated heat in an FC generation part 20 to elevate an air electrode reaction gas upto a desirable temperature and to keep the generation part 20 at the desirable operation temperature, a combined power plant 11 is provided with a heat recovering system 70 for recovering the generated heat in the generating part 20 by a heat exchanging medium M70 and for keeping the generating part 20 at the desirable temperature, and a combined power plant 12 is provided with a reaction gas supplying means for supplying air and a fuel gas of a temperature lower than the operation temperature of the generation part 20 to directly absorb the generated heat generated by electrode reaction while carrying out the electrode reaction inside a fuel electrode and an air electrode, so as to keep the generating part 20 at the desirable temperature.
