PURPOSE: A frequency synthesizer using two point FSK(Frequency Shift Keying) modulation and self-correcting method thereof controls the state transition delay by the distortion of being created among the high frequency status transition of transmitted data or the low frequency loop. CONSTITUTION: A frequency synthesizer comprises the first phase-locked loop and ultra-high frequency access mechanism. The ultra-high frequency access mechanism comprises the digital-analog converter(20). The first phase-locked loop comprises the reference oscillator(2), the phase comparator, the first charge pump, the first loop filter, the voltage controlled oscillator(10). The frequency synthesizer comprises the second charge pump(14) and the second loop filter. The voltage comparator(21) compares the output voltage of the digital-analog converter with the voltage saved in the second loop filter.
