<p>PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by reducing the amount of materials in a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A thin film integrated circuit includes a thin film transistor with a semiconductor film. The semiconductor film includes a gate electrode(101), a gate insulation film, and a channel forming region. The semiconductor film includes the metal oxide. The metal oxide includes indium.
