PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an implant without an abutment is provided, which reduces the mental suffering of a doctor and a patient by drastically reducing operation time. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an implant without an abutment comprises: a step(S104) of settling a pattern when a fixture is fixed; a step(S106) of scanning the upper surface of the fixture of the pattern while rotating a rotation plate; a step(S108) of settling a check byte on the pattern settled on the rotation plate; a step(S110) of scanning the upper side of the check byte while rotating the rotation plate; a step(S112) of inputting the scan result to a computer; and a step(S114) of processing the bottom surface and upper side of the crown using the scan result.
