The system includes: an input terminal connected to a rectifying circuit; the rectifying circuit being connected between the input terminal and a voltage-reducing and current-limiting circuit; the voltage-reducing and current-limiting circuit being connected between the rectifying circuit and the input terminal; and an output terminal being connected to the device for rectifying current, reducing voltage and limiting current.
