A device for obtaining a layer of cement-sand grout contains a hopper with inclined flat walls, and a conveyor belt located under it, under upper branch of which from the front wall of the hopper a vibratory table is mounted. The lower edge of the front wall of the hopper is made in the form of a removable plate with slits evenly spaced along its length, each of them is tapered upward. At the lower edge of the front wall of the hopper an additional similar plate is fastened with possibility to move along it.
