A method for obtaining and processing technological information for a dough machine such that collected information is entered to a database and computer units provided with a software are used. The information technological data is collected with the aid of sensors disposed on the dough machine and connected with a computer unit, and visual indicators and audio ones are additionally mounted. The information being collected is accumulated in such a manner as to provide access for certain users.
