PURPOSE: An original web document copy discriminating method and a system thereof, and a web document history information providing method thereof and a system thereof are provided to accurately discriminate an original copy even though a generation time of a web document changes by using history information about generation or change of the web document. CONSTITUTION: A history information receiver(320) receives history information about generation or change of the web document. A collecting unit(340) collects web documents related to the history information. The collection unit filters web documents which are collected using the history information. A discriminating unit(360) groups the filtered web documents. The discriminating unit discriminates the original copy of a grouped similar document.
