The invention relates to the auxiliary devices used at moulding the concrete products, and can be used to create any process lines for use of changeable temperature regimes to adjust the strength properties of the concrete hardening products. The essence of invention is that a piler, containing a multistage frame with transport pallets for moulded products and a transfer mechanism of the pallets and a chamber of heat treatment of the products, is equipped with an additional multistage frame with transport pallets for moulded products and a chamber of thermal processing the products, in the case the frames are located in the chambers of thermal processing the products and are connected to each other by a double-arm rocker with a rack mechanism turning around a central support with drive actuators. At the same time driving hydraulic cylinders are connected to one arm of the rocker, with one of the frames and a rack, the hydraulic cylinders of the frame are symmetrically located on both sides of the frame and connected to it through a lever mechanism, the hydraulic cylinder of rack displacement is connected with it through a double-arm lever and a movable bushing with a locking finger, the walls of the chamber of heat treatment of products are equipped with rotary supporting stops. The invention improves elevating capacity of device at low energy consumption and automation of manufacturing processes. |
