A sifting element of a section of unloading lattice of a rattler is made of elastomer with through wedge outlet slots of arbitrary orientation increasing toward the unloading direction of material from the inlets into wedge outlet slots to the outlets from them, and with grate bars, which divide the wedge outlet slots. Angle α (degrees, °) of each wedge outlet slot is made according to the ratio:α = k⋅ h, (1),where: k- coefficient of proportionality of angle α (degrees, °) of the wedge of wedge outlet slot depending on the height h (mm) of sifting element, k= 0.016-0.19;h - height of sifting element (mm). |
