A vibration and noise isolation construction for premises has a floor, side walls, ceiling. The floor on which side walls are mounted is covered over whole length with layer of vibro-noise absorptive mastic compound, and ceiling and side walls in whole length at inner side are covered with layer of basalt fiber material and are insulated with drywall. To layer of vibro-noise absorptive mastic compound of floor screed coat with decorative finish is applied.
