The group of inventions relates to the field of electrochemistry and electrochemical treatment of electrolyte solutions, namely the recovery of spent electrolyte solution by electrochemical separation into components with different acidity and could be used in metallurgy, engineering and other industries, where spent electrolytes are formed. A method of separation of components of spent electrolyte solutions at their recovery is carried out by electrolysis, in the case withdrawal of products from the areas close to the electrodes is carried out by displacement at supplying the next portion of recyclable solution of appropriate volume at simultaneous disconnecting voltage of electrolysis and the flow of supplied solution is formed perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the electrodes. A device for implementation of the separation method has a container with regenerated solution, vertical electrodes placed in screens open from the bottom, the upper parts of which are equipped with overflow pipes, and the screens are made from chemically resistant insulating material. The invention provides a simplified separation technology of components, increase of output and simplification of the electrolyzer design. |
